California Air Resources Board postpones review of proposed Clean Air Labeling Program to gather additional data, agency says. Labeling initiative was slated to be discussed at board's July meeting, but may be rescheduled later in the year, CARB states. Agency announced consideration of Clean Air Labeling Program as incentive for manufacturers to develop lower VOC emitting products as part of its Clean Air Plan, which was withdrawn early this year for reworking.
