Executive Summary
Proposed rule on convenience size OTC products now targeted for release in September, according to FDA's 1unified agenda published in the Federal Register May 27. Most recent timeline predicted completion in March. NPR on UVA/UVB sunscreen products is slated for December, while earlier estimates had projected an April timeline. Antiperspirant products final action is anticipated in August, while final action on skin protectant products is slated for July and NPR on astringents is planned for September.
