Pamela Jones Harbour sworn in as FTC Commissioner Aug. 4 for seven-year term after being confirmed July 23. Harbour joins the commission from the New York branch of law firm Kaye Scholer (Washington, D.C.). She was first nominated by Sen. Tom Daschle (D-S.D.) in September for her strong anti-trust positions. Harbour replaces Sheila Anthony, who resigned Aug. 1. Anthony was nominated for the position by then-President Clinton.
