Unilever will eliminate approximately 175 salaried employees under its home and personal care business across the U.S. by February to create "leaner, more united and ultimately stronger organization," firm reports Dec. 11. Also as part of Path to Growth initiative, Unilever HPC division will consolidate Greenwich, Conn. manufacturing facility into Trumbull, Conn. facility. Move, which will include relocation of employees, will begin in Q2 and is targeted for completion by year-end.
