Cover Girl: Limited-edition holiday lip and eye kits will roll out as part of the O Starry Night holiday collection, Procter & Gamble says. Lip Kits will feature two different color palettes, each containing six shades of gold, rouge and mauve. Kit will come in Starmaker and Starkissed color varieties, firm notes. Eyeshadow sets will come in Starry-eyed and Shimmer versions, each offering sheer and deep matte shades that can be blended to create multi-dimensional hues. Lip and Eye Kits will retail for $5.20 apiece.
