Renaissance To Become Dana Corp. Under New Owner Fragrance Express
Fragrance Express will rename Renaissance Cosmetics Inc. as the Dana Corp. following the purchase of the company for $29 mil. The sale was approved in Wilmington, Del. federal court July 1 and is expected to close within the next 30 days. Dimeling, Schreiber & Park (Philadelphia) provided equity for the deal.
