Executive SummaryOdile Roujol, deputy general manager and senior VP of marketing for L'Oréal USA's Lancôme division, has been promoted to a "key" international position based in Paris to be announced shortly, L'Oréal says Dec. 21. Since joining L'Oréal in 1996, Roujol has held various positions with Lancôme International, stepping into the U.S. post in 2002.
