Executive Summary

Odile Roujol, deputy general manager and senior VP of marketing for L'Oréal USA's Lancôme division, has been promoted to a "key" international position based in Paris to be announced shortly, L'Oréal says Dec. 21. Since joining L'Oréal in 1996, Roujol has held various positions with Lancôme International, stepping into the U.S. post in 2002. Coinciding with the move, L'Oréal Paris Senior VP of Marketing Nina White has been tapped to succeed Roujol, the company says. In her new role, she will be tasked with "overseeing the development, execution and implementation of all marketing strategies" for Lancôme in the U.S. Appointments are effective immediately...
