Barielle: Hand, foot and nail treatment company will launch Positive Emotion, its first comprehensive line of color polishes, in fine department stores, retail doors and on its Web site in May, Great Neck, N.Y. company announces. Collection features 22 shades with names such as Innocent (sheer white), Serene (pale pink), Elated (deep coral) and Ecstasy (fire engine red). Formulas are free of dibutyl phthalate, toluene and formaldehyde, and are enriched with vitamins "to deliver nourishment directly to the nail plate," according to the company.
