Longtime VP Cosmetics/Toiletries Uwe Specht has stepped down after reaching the company's mandatory retirement age, Henkel announces July 1. Exec is succeeded by Hans Van Bylen, who most recently oversaw international hair care and the company's overseas cosmetics business. Specht has worked for Henkel for 36 years, and after the firm's acquisition of Schwarzkopf in 1995, was credited with helping take its personal care business "from a small national operation into an internationally leading cosmetics manufacturer," company said...
