Lancôme: Color Design Sensational Effects Eye Shadow uses "new micro-aired powder technology - a milling system that disperses pigments into a very fine textured powder" for smoothness and blendability, according to Lancôme. Launching now, eyeshadow is available in 38 shades and five finishes: intense, matte, sheen, shimmer and metallic. Intense shades, such as Couture and The Pink Carpet, use up to 60% pigment load, while metallic shades, including Model and Off The Rack, use up to 70% pearlescent pigment, company says.
