Shampoo caps were manufactured under the brand names CompleteBath (reorder No. ICP095230), ReadyBath (reorder No. MSC095230), manufactured for Medline, Industries (Mundelein, Ill.), and No-Rinse (Reorder No. 02000), manufactured for No Rinse Laboratories (Centerville, Ohio). The shampoo caps were distributed nationwide to health care facilities and institutions through Salus, Medline and No Rinse Labs...
