Salus Corporation dba ICP Medical of Olivette, Mo. is voluntarily recalling shampoo caps with conditioner because some of the product is contaminated with the bacteria serratia marcescens, which has the potential to cause severe and life-threatening illnesses, FDA announces Nov. 1. Shampoo caps were manufactured under the brand names CompleteBath (reorder No. ICP095230), ReadyBath (reorder No. MSC095230), manufactured for Medline, Industries (Mundelein, Ill.), and No-Rinse (Reorder No. 02000), manufactured for No Rinse Laboratories (Centerville, Ohio).
