Executive Summary
Heinz Schneider, MD, will assume new role as VP-regulatory and scientific affairs July 1, the Consumer Healthcare Products Association announces May 5. Schneider most recently served as head of international regulatory affairs at Boots Healthcare International from 2004-2006, and was named global director of regulatory, safety and environment after BHI was acquired by Reckitt Benckiser in October. He takes the place of Doug Bierer, who left CHPA in July. Separately, association announces Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary Eve Bachrach will retire from CHPS later this summer.
