Inter Parfums will develop a line of bath and body care for New York & Company, ushering the retail brand into the personal-care category, firms announce April 9. The line will target the typical New York & Company consumer -"fashion-conscious, value-sensitive women between the ages of 25 and 45"; it is expected to launch late this year or in early 2008. Under the agreement, Inter Parfums will handle product design and development, formula creation, packaging and manufacturing design, while New York & Company will be responsible for marketing and selling the items in its stores as well as on the brand's Web site.
