MAC: Estee Lauder brand announces two promotions - Nick Gavrelis to VP-global product development, face and PRO, and Guillaume Jesel to senior VP-global marketing. Formerly executive director of global product development for MAC face and PRO, Gavrelis "will continue to lead product development in the growth and strategic portfolio development of MAC foundations, concealers and powders, and further expand MAC PRO products and services, artistry tools and brushes," reporting to Jennifer Balbier, senior VP-product development, MAC worldwide, firm says. The new VP returned to MAC in 2001 after leaving in 1999 to launch "specialty niche color cosmetic line" Pretty Pretty. Previously he managed makeup artist training on the East Coast for MAC after serving as national beauty director at Nordstrom.
