Reshare announces Beauty Advisory Board

Distribution Relationship Management (DRM) software and strategy company Reshare Corporation announces Sept. 24 the formation of its new Beauty Advisory Board, created to "help drive Reshare's commitment to and visibility within the professional salon industry," the company states. Reshare markets and manages a software and technology package that allows brands to be sold directly from the manufacturer's Web site "while compensating its existing distributors, reps, beauty stores and salons." The system allows access to the growing population of online shoppers without disrupting the traditional distribution channel; it also protects against diversion, Reshare says. The board will consist of 11 executives from the salon, spa, media and public relations industries. "Our Beauty Advisory Board members have a mutual passion for enhancing our industry with solutions that will create a win for the entire distribution channel from manufacturer through salon to the consumer," says Juli Baecker, Reshare's director of business development for the beauty industry...
