New Origins prez: Jane Lauder, Clinique's senior VP-global marketing since July 2006, will begin July 1 as VP, general manager of Estee Lauder's natural-based Origins unit. A former VP at BeautyBank responsible for creation and launch of American Beauty and Flirt! brands, Jane Lauder was "instrumental" in such Clinique successes as Acne Solutions and Almost Powder Makeup - which were driven by innovative multi-media marketing and distribution, parent company notes - as well as Clinique's February debut on QVC, which broke the channel's previous sales records.
