Divine Skin in talks with Bayer

This article was originally published in The Rose Sheet

Executive Summary

Topical hair growth developer Divine Skin has entered into preliminary discussions with Bayer Vital GmbH relating to hair-care products, though a formal relationship has not yet formed, according to a May 26 release. Divine's brand portfolio includes three hair regrowth treatments, including Spectral.RS, an advanced minoxidil-free topical hair-regrowth treatment positioned as a natural alternative to minoxidil. Product contains no drug compounds and is formulated with extracts of ivy, hops and capsicum. Unique nanosomes act as carrier agents and enhance absorption of the product. According to firm's website, the compounds in Spectral.RS "specifically work to improve the nutrition, circulation and metabolism of the follicle." Divine Skin also offers a cellulite-reducing gel, body hair minimizer and double-chin reducer, along with anti-aging and acne products
