Beauty Systems Group, a subsidiary of Sally Beauty Holdings, says in Oct. 4 release that the $70 mil. acquisition of Marinette, Wis.-based Aerial Company will round out its portfolio and "expand its geographic footprint in the Midwest." Aerial posted sales of $100 million in fiscal 2009 through 82 professional-only beauty supply stores.
