"Inspired by professional medical techniques," the product consists of a 0.5-oz. anti-aging cream and a battery-operated "micro-pulsating" massager. The cream contains Erasyl to minimize dark circle pigments for brighter eyes and collagen to smooth under-eye wrinkles and crow's feet, while the massager reduces puffiness and under-eye bags and stimulates circulation.
