J&J Settles Class Action For “Misleading” Neutrogena Naturals Claims

This article was originally published in The Rose Sheet

Executive Summary

Johnson & Johnson has agreed to settle a class-action suit alleging that despite “natural” claims, Neutrogena Naturals skin-care products contain petrochemicals and “various artificial and synthetic ingredients.” J&J will specify natural content on the front panel of product packaging and continue to have “open and honest conversations” with its natural customers about product content, the firm says.
