“Humane Cosmetics Act” Seeks End To Cosmetic Animal Testing In U.S.

Study Projecting Rise In Animal Tests Casts Pall On Safe Cosmetics Act

Results of a new study suggest that if enacted, the Safe Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Act would require a dramatic increase in animal testing in the United States.
