REACH Update: Draft Community Rolling Action Plan 2015-2017

The European Chemicals Agency released a draft update to the Community Rolling Action Plan on Oct. 30, proposing that 65 chemicals be added to the list of substances flagged for member-state review over the next three years under the EU’s REACH program. Newly listed cosmetic substances would include zinc oxide, benzyl alcohol, propyl acetate and phenol.
