Health Canada Targets Prohibited Substances In 'Fragrance'-Containing Cosmetics

The department says it will test cosmetic products labeled as containing "fragrance" under its Cyclical Enforcement plan to determine whether prohibited substances are present in "secret" perfume formulas.
