NARB: Sally Hansen Can Use 'No-Light' Or 14-Day Claim For Miracle Gel, But Not Both

The National Advertising Review Board rules that Coty/Sally Hansen's claim that its Miracle Gel provides "up to 14 days of color & shine” is too strong, and that when combined with "no-light gel" and "gel without light" statements, it misleads consumers into expecting salon-grade results. The panel gave the advertiser an either/or option going forward.

Exuviance Before/After Photos Overexpose Results – NAD
