“If this regulatory rollback in Washington continues I think we could see over the next few years AGs start to say, ‘Oh the FTC is not doing what it necessarily should be doing, or 'the FDA is not doing enough,' so these AGs could take over in that space,” says Lori Kalani, co-chair of law firm Cozen O’Connor’s state attorneys general practice.
