Executive Summary
Information on meetings with, and phone calls and written correspondence from, outside parties regarding rules under review will be online by Nov. 1, OMB's Office of Information & Regulatory Affairs says Oct. 18. OIRA is developing a new computerized tracking system that will allow federal agencies to make electronic submissions and will create a single comprehensive database for regulatory review and "unified agenda" processing.
