France ponders new full-line wholesaling distribution model

The French government is considering a request from Roche to select a small number of full-line wholesalers to distribute its products across the country, said Danielle Golinelli, deputy director of France's department of health products and practice, at the GIRP (full-line pharmaceutical wholesalers organisation) meeting in Cannes this week. Such a move could herald a new distribution model in Europe.
