Executive Summary
Errol Stafford named worldwide president of Givaudan Roure Fragrances, effective Jan. 1, 2000. Stafford, head of the fragrance consumer products business unit, succeeds Geoffrey Webster, who retires Dec. 31 after 27 years with the company. Webster served as head of the fragrance business since 1997. Separately, Cosimo Policastro is promoted to head of global fine fragrances, a newly created position. Givaudan Spin-Off From Roche To Be Complete By May
