Executive Summary
Global business management function consolidating by merging exec VP positions for Gillette grooming products/Duracell and diversified group into one position, effective Jan. 1. Edward DeGrann, previously head of the grooming products business management group, is appointed exec VP-global business management. Exec VP-Global Business Management, Diversified Group Archie Livis will develop "key" growth initiatives in a new position.
