Strategic alliance penned with Procter & Gamble for the promotion, sale and distribution of Giorgio Beverly Hills and Hugo Boss prestige fragrances in the U.S. The brands will be managed under Clarins Fragrance Group, which also handles Azzaro Pour Homme and Chrome; P&G will continue to oversee development and marketing. Giorgio Boss Men's Scent Virtual Launch Set For September

Giorgio Beverly Hills will launch the Boss by Hugo Boss fragrance for men exclusively on the new jasmin.com e-commerce Web site for fine fragrances and in a handful of Hugo Boss boutiques in September.
