Executive Summary

Stick Foundation SPF 8 contains a water-infused polymer gel system to "keep skin continuously moisturized," Avon claims. The portable stick makeup applies "refreshingly cool" before drying to a powder finish. The foundation can be used as base foundation or cover-up to conceal imperfections. Sixteen shades will cost $9 each. Hydra Finish Soft 'N Natural Lash Color contains the same hydrating gel-based formula found in the stick foundation.
