Executive Summary
Michelle Taylor named senior VP and general manager, responsible for worldwide strategic direction of the new L'Oreal division. Taylor reports to Kiehl's President Jami Morse Heidegger. The appointment is the first since L'Oreal purchased the niche marketer in April; Kiehl's operates as a separate entity under the parent (1"The Rose Sheet" April 24, p. 3). Taylor comes to Kiehl's from sister company Lancome where she was senior VP-marketing.
