Heidi Manheimer to exec VP and general manager, Shiseido Prestige Cosmetics Division, effective Sept. 19. The former Beauty.com exec will oversee the Shiseido, Qiora and Cle de Peau brands and will report to Shiseido CEO Isao Isejima.
