Purchase of hair care firm Jingles International will generate 50% sales increase while expanding Robanda's domestic distribution from 1,500 doors to approximately 3,000, San Diego firm says. The acquisition, effective March 1, is "perfect marriage," according to Robanda, whose retinol-based anti-aging skin care products will reach untapped salon and beauty service destinations through Jingles' 47 extant distribution channels.
