Robanda

Purchase of hair care firm Jingles International will generate 50% sales increase while expanding Robanda's domestic distribution from 1,500 doors to approximately 3,000, San Diego firm says. The acquisition, effective March 1, is "perfect marriage," according to Robanda, whose retinol-based anti-aging skin care products will reach untapped salon and beauty service destinations through Jingles' 47 extant distribution channels. Jingles, which manufactures about 40 hair care SKUs, maintains presence in 32 states, Robanda says. Merger will not affect Jingles' managerial structure
