Kevin Mead to VP-chief stores officer, leading store organization for the Intimate Brands/Shiseido joint venture, IBI announces. Mead currently is VP-store operations for Victoria's Secret Beauty. In his new post, Mead will report to Exec VP and General Manager Lynn Emmolo and will be responsible for store operations, store communications and visual merchandising.
