Moisture Surge Lipstick SPF 15 cream shine formula improves condition of lips when worn over time, Estee Lauder firm says. Available in 15 hues, including Brown Sugar, Pink Slip and Honey Luster, Moisture Surge will retail for $12.50 in April. Lash Doubling Mascara "offers twice the lash in half the time," firm says. Debuting in February, the mascara will be offered in Black and Black/Brown for $11.50 each. Look on the Bright Side spring color collection includes limited-edition Lipstick Doubles in Nude Sparkle/Lip Bloom, Pink Sparkle/Just Bright and Barely Pink/Pinkberry Stain and Glosswear Doubles in Fuchsia/Punchy for $13.50 apiece.
