Executive Summary
Paris-based luxury fragrance company purchased by beauty firm Cradle Holdings, firm announces Jan. 23. Acquisition adds to Cradles Erno Laszlo and Penhaligon's brands. L'Artisan portfolio includes perfumes, candles and room sprays distributed primarily in France and the UK through free-standing stores.
