Bond No. 9: Fragrance company will launch Central Park , the latest of its New York City-themed scents, July 1. Central Park opens to notes of basil verbena, mandarin leaf, bergamot and lime blossom, which blend to a heart of Bulgarian rose, muguet and water jasmine accords. Drydown features blue cedar, balsa wood, cashmere musk and patchouli. The fragrance will retail in a 3.4 oz. bottle for $178, and can also be purchased by the ounce for $45. Bourjois: Effet 3D Lip Gloss collection is being revamped with 18 new shades rolling out in July, French firm says. Originally launched in March 1999, Effet 3D delivers volume and shine in three dimensions, according to Bourjois. Glosses are divided into five color families - pinks, oranges, beiges, violets and clears - and will be available in shades such as Rose Idyllic and Framboise Energetic for $15 apiece. Firm also is introducing Betseyville summer color collection, a range of warm, golden shades developed in collaboration with fashion designer Betsey Johnson. Debuting in July, range includes Pastel Teint powder ($17) in Cuivre, Suivez Mon Regard eyeshadow ($16) in Or Scintillant and Effet 3D Lip Shine in Miel Acrobatic and Flamme Optic....
