L'Oréal Paris: Dermo-Expertise ReFinish Chest, Arms & Hands Micro-Dermabrasion Kit is a two-step, at-home treatment that offers resurfacing and rejuvenating benefits for age-sensitive areas of the body, company announces. First step in the treatment is use of Gentle Micro-Dermabrasion Exfoliator, which contains aluminum oxide crystals to "effectively lift away dead cells to encourage cellular renewal," firm says.
