Executive Summary
"Objections" section of final rule amending the color additive regulations to list carbon black is corrected in an Aug. 25 1Federal Register notice. Changes include section number, as well as statement the rule will be effective Aug. 30 "except as to any provisions that may be stayed by the filing of proper objections."
