Executive Summary
Scientific Committee on Consumer Products will release an opinion on parabens at its second plenary meeting Dec. 7 in Brussels. Committee also will provide opinions on hydrogen peroxide in tooth whitening products and tea tree oil and draft opinions on hair dyes and colorants including Basic Brown 17.
