L'Oréal USA promotions: David Waldock has been tapped for newly created role of senior VP of business and sales development at L'Oréal USA, firm announces April 21. In his new position, Waldock will oversee sales within company's consumer products segment, which includes L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier and SoftSheen Carson brands.
