Fragrance and flavors manufacturer will merge its Fine Fragrance and Personal Care Business units to form the Beauty Care Business Unit, a division charged with providing "strategic direction for all global activity in marketing, creativity and business plan development for the Beauty products sector," company announces June 29. Effort is intended to transfer Symrise's fragrance knowledge to all regions, thus "strengthening both its local and global response to briefings," firm adds.
