Borders Inc. exec Michael Spinozzi appointed president of Sally Beauty Supply for the U.S. and Canada, charged with directing "store operations, merchandising/purchasing, advertising, customer service, customer relationship marketing" and other responsibilities, Alberto-Culver company announces June 5.
