Executive Summary
Recommendations for the efficacy of sunscreen products and claims made regarding the products were adopted by the European Commission on Sept. 22. The commission presented a draft text of the proposed recommendations on its Web site May 4, and accepted public comments until June 14 (1"The Rose Sheet" May 15, 2006, p. 3).
