Starflash Eye Shadow is "ultra creamy and soft with shimmery, not frosty, effect that anyone can wear"; line is modeled after old Hollywood eyeshadows "like moist powders," according to MAC. Among twelve limited-edition shadows ($14 apiece) are Dreammaker (yellow gold), Grand Entrance (neutral pink), and Glamour Check (reddish brown). First of two Lustre Twins products is 2-in-1 Prolongwear Lustre Lipcolor consisting of "a long-lasting [Base Coat] on one side and a Top Coat with a punch of color and sheen on the other"; effect is good for up to 8 hours," company says. Prolongwear Lustre ($20) comes in 10 shades including Pink Air/White Top and Custom Rose/Pink Virtue. Coty to distribute Antonio Banderas scents

Coty expands its partnership with Barcelona, Spain-based Puig Beauty and Fashion Group to distribute Antonio Banderas fragrances in the U.S., effective at the start of the new year.
