Executive Summary
Application form for Natural Products Association's new certification program for personal care is available online on organization's Web site, according to June 16 release. Announced in May, certification scheme awards qualifying products with an easily identifiable seal intended to help consumers determine "what truly is and isn't 'natural' when it comes to beauty and hair-care products," NPA says.
