Tarte Cosmetics: Company launches limited-edition skinvigorating complexion collection, which not only hides skin problems but helps treat them with "healthy, natural ingredients," according to release. Sold in a purple quilted bag, the "dermatologist-tested" skinvigorating collection comes in four shades - fair, light, medium and tan. All products also are sold individually.
