L'Oreal: Shipping in July, Collagen Micro-Pulse is a two-step "total eye correction system," introduced at the National Association of Chain Drugstores Marketplace June 5-8 in San Diego, Calif. "Inspired by professional medical techniques," the product consists of a 0.5-oz. anti-aging cream and a battery-operated "micro-pulsating" massager. The cream contains Erasyl to minimize dark circle pigments for brighter eyes and collagen to smooth under-eye wrinkles and crow's feet, while the massager reduces puffiness and under-eye bags and stimulates circulation. In the U.K., L'Oreal retails a similar product, Dermo Expertise Collagen Micro-Vibration, at Boots for £16.99. Collagen Micro-Pulse will retail for $19.99
