House Cosmetics Bill Imminent With Small – And Big – Business Support
A second bill to enhance FDA's oversight of the cosmetics industry is expected to be introduced in the next few weeks, according to Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors President and CEO Pam Busiek.
